We seek individuals who are well rounded in all areas of Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration and can take their projects from conception through construction. HSB is back in the Office! Our office will be newly renovated for Fall of 2021. We are allowing for 1 day a week work from home after 6 months of employment to allow our employees more flexibility.

Interior Designer
Seeking an Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience. We are looking for a designer with a positive and strong work ethic and has a creative mindset. The responsibilities will include coordinating local projects in all aspects of design including but not limited to: programming, site analysis, space planning, construction documents, construction administration, specifying materials and furniture, and overall project management.
Project Architect
Seeking Project Architect with 5-8 years experience who is licensed or on the path to licensure. This position will lead projects across the country for a national corporate office client. This candidate will have exceptional project management and client communication skills and will work with a team of other architects, engineers and designers.
Architectectural Designer
Seeking Architects with 3-5 years experience who are licensed or on the path to licensure. For this position we are seeking a design oriented Architect who would work on restaurant design, hospitality and other unique project types. Applicants should have a great portfolio of design work, digital presentations, renderings and other media. The candidate should be well rounded and able to take on many different project types depending on the varying needs of the firm.
Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer
Seeking mechanical and/or electrical engineer with 5-8 years experience who is licensed or on the path to licensure. This position will lead projects for internal company architects and designers as well as external clients across the country. This candidate will have exceptional project management and client communication skills and will work with a team of other engineers, architects and designers.

Intern Positions
HSB has intern and co-op Architects, Designers and Engineers in our office year-round. We have a well-established intern training program and work closely with students from many of the area’s universities. HSB strives to provide a well-rounded and educational experience with all of our interns and we involve them in every aspect of the firm. We are always looking for the best and brightest talent.
