Jim Streff, AIA

Jim is a 1983 Graduate of Kent State University with a Master of Architecture. Jim has been an owner of HSB since 1990 a full service architectural and engineering practice with focus on commercial real estate. Jim has been a registered architect in the State of Ohio for more than 35 years.

Recent work includes Cigna Insurance; consolidation of six regional offices including design, specification and implementation of new workplace strategies. He was also on the Morgan Stanley project, working on multiple regional office projects, HSB acts as the national account for tenant space management.

Jim served as Board President for the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio, Board of Directors : Cleveland Heights Architecture Board of Review.
